Hallo and a warm welcome to my blog!

My name is Niklas, or Nik for short. I am a 26-year-old gardener with a deep passion for the living world. Over the past six years, I’ve worked hard to earn both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Biology, focusing on ecology and sustainability.

While my university studies never led me to a formal botany class, my love for the green world around us only grew stronger. This passion inspired me to start my own garden consulting business in March of 2025.

So, what can you expect here?

This blog is where I'll share everything I love about gardening, plants, and native species. I want to bring you two perspectives that are very important to me: the lens of a biologist, who sees the intricate systems at work, and the lens of a Christian, who sees every single plant as God's beautiful creation.

Through this view, I'll share tips and tricks for your garden, stories from my own journey, and the progress of my clients.
